How long does it take to receive the car after completing the booking process?
The subscribed car delivery usually takes 2-3 week from the time of booking, subject to timely collection of documents & verification, and vehicle availability. You will be updated at all the stages of the process.
How much do I need to pay for the subscription ?
All prices are displayed on the website, and are inclusive of GST. Initially, you need to pay 1 month Rental (1 month rental as refundable Security Deposit). Then pay the subscription fee on a monthly basis in advance, to continue your subscription via SI/ NACH.
Are there any offers that come with Toyota Subscribe?
Offers on subscription cars are subject to change. Prices shown on the website are indicative. Actual subscription prices will be as per the car price and consumer offers at the time of invoicing.
How are operations managed during the subscription period?
The subscription is operated in collaboration with Toyota's subscription partner - MYLES, including, monthly invoice, collection of monthly payments. Car service, maintenance, insurance renewal & accidental repairs. Road side assistance and Pickup n Drop service are provided through Toyota authorized dealers only.
For how long can I subscribe to the car?
Toyota Subscribe offers flexible subscription tenures of 12, 24, 36 or 48 months.
In whose name will the car be registered ?
The subscribed car will be registered in the name of Subscriber. The registration type will be Private.
What are the penalty charges for foreclosure?
Foreclosure charges will be levied at nominal value by finance partner.
Are the available cars new?
All cars available with Toyota Subscribe are brand new.
Can I select the color of my car?
Yes, Toyota Subscribe offers multiple color options to choose from.
What is Toyota Subscribe?
It's a car subscription service. With Toyota Subscribe, you can opt for any of the Toyota cars available in the subscription portfolio. Choose from a flexible tenure of 12, 24, 36, 48 months, and pay only a fixed all-inclusive monthly fee. This fee includes the cost of car usage, maintenance, insurance, and service.
What do you mean by Lock-in period?
Lock-in period refers to the fixed non-cancellation period, during which you are not permitted to cancel the subscription. Lock-in period is equal to tenure of subscription. Although, If you still want to close the subscription you will be required to pay foreclosure value along with charges as per statement shared by Myles.
Can I extend/ reduce my tenure?
No, you are not allowed to modify committed tenure under subscription Program

What is included in the subscription
Vehicle usage Cost, Road Tax, Vehicle registration, Insurance coverage, and periodic maintenance. Maintenance includes parts replacement, labor cost and consumables cost for all scheduled & unscheduled services, as well as accident repairs, excluding the ones which occur due to misuse & negligence Roadside Assistances per year, and car pick-up & drops for service repairs per year.
Is buyback option available?
Yes, Subscriber can own the car by paying the Pre-Fixed buy back value.
When can I return the car? And what if I want to return the car within the usage period?
One can return the car as per terms & conditions of the agreement.
During Lock in period: Subscriber to pay foreclosure value payable, plus any o/s dues
After Lock in period: Subscriber to pay pre-fixed buy back value only if they wish to buy the
vehicle
How do I get started with the subscription ?
You can start your subscription online via the Toyota Website. You need to upload Pan Card, Driving License and Aadhaar Card/Passport on the link the provided for soft approval. Basis those, our partner Myles will intimate to share the remaining documents. Once the remaining documents are submitted, Myles will intimate on the credit approval. After the approval, you need to pay the Security Deposit, submit 6 PDCs and set up SI/NACH. The order for the car will be placed followed by paying rental of first month and vehicle will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.
Am I eligible?
Yes, if you have a valid address proof, driving license & PAN card. Eligibility is determined by different credit risk factors. We do accept joint applications where both applicants will need to qualify for the subscription.
What are the documents required?
- Application Form online/ offline
- KYC documents (Pan Card Copy, Valid Driving License, Aadhaar Card/ Passport)
Additional documents to check credit worthiness includes but not consider as a exhaustive list:
- Financials ( ITR, Form-16 and Salary Slip for salaried profile)
- 6 months latest Bank statement
- Latest Address Proof
- Photograph - 1no.

How long will it take to get the car?
The subscribed car delivery usually takes 15-25 days from the time of booking, subject to timely submission of documents, verification and availability of the car. You'll be kept informed at all stages in the case of any changes or unforeseen delays.
What if I want to cancel the booking after paying the security deposit?
The same can be cancelled Prior to the invoicing of the vehicle by the Toyota car dealer, you shall be required to pay an amount equivalent to Rs. 5000 and applicable taxes as charges for cancellation. The rest of the amount shall be refunded accordingly.
Do I need to be physically present for taking the delivery of the car?
Yes, the person whose driver's license and ID proof has been provided while placing the booking, needs to be present for the key handover, along with original documents. A checklist needs to be signed at the time of taking delivery.
What are the various modes of payment which I can use for the monthly rentals?
Monthly payments will be made as online auto-debit payment transactions.
What do I need to pay to get the car?
1 month rental as Security Deposit.
What do I need to pay while using the car?
You will need to pay the rental on the scheduled date of every month in advance. As well as any charges that should be incurred due to misuse and negligent driving.
When do I need to pay the monthly subscription fee?
Subscription fee is to be paid to our subscription partner on a monthly basis on pre scheduled date day of every month.
How can the payment be made?
Payment will be made through an online auto-debit mechanism from your bank account for the tenure of the subscription. The auto-debit will get disabled once you return the car and your dues are cleared.
What are the charges in case of damages?
Comprehensive Insurance package policy with Zero Dep (2 instances every year) shall cover you fully in case of damages. You shall only pay amount not covered by insurance co.
What is negligent driving ?
Any case where the insurance company rejects to pay for damages it believes has been caused by irresponsible driving - e.g. drinking & driving, minors driving, driving without a valid driver's license at the time of accident, all as per the insurance policy.
What are the charges in case of late payment?
For any delay after the due date, a penalty at the rate of 2% in outstanding amount will be charged for the delayed period.
What about the insurance claims & disallowance?
Insurance claim filing charges and disallowed charges will be borne by you.
Who will pay for tolls, parking, inter-state taxes, fines & challans?
All toll, parking's and interstate taxes,Fastag recharges, fines/challans, will be borne by you. Fastag for the vehicle will be procured by the service provider.
Who will recharge Fastag?
Fastag shall be recharged by you as you have been doing till now
Can I share my car with someone and split costs?
Yes, treat it as your own car. But please remember that you will continue to be responsible for the car (and all associated incidents) even when someone else in your family is driving it. This excludes commercial usage of the car (e.g., using it as a Taxi, or sub-renting it), which is not allowed. Please refer to the agreement for terms of usage of the car.
Is there a limit on kilometers driven?
Your subscription charges covers annual usage of 10000, 12000, 15000 KM, or as accumulated kms for the entire tenure subscribed . Any extra kms driven beyond the accumulated kms, are chargeable as per agreement.
Who will take care of the maintenance of the car?
Our subscription partner will take care of the maintenance, which will be done at Toyota authorized workshops. Except in cases of misuse and negligent driving, which includes :
- Minor driving.
- Over loading & racing competition.
- Commercial usage.
- Drinking & driving.
- Violating any traffic rules as per RTO.
- Driving beyond the Indian geographical area.
- Not maintaining car as per standard PMS schedule.
- Modification of car systems.
What is included in maintenance?
Complete maintenance (scheduled + un-scheduled+ insurance repairs), including regular wear and tear. Not included are repairs arising out of misuse and negligent driving.
Will pick and drop of the car be provided for periodic servicing?
2 pick and drops are provided every year.
What happens if the car breaks down or meets with an accident?
In case of an unfortunate event, please notify us immediately and we will guide you through the entire process. We will coordinate with road-side assistance and insurance. Unless unavoidable, please do not leave the place of the accident until proper support has arrived. You may be required to file/sign formality documents associated with the accident.
What happens if I need to carry out repairs in a place which is outside the city I've subscribed to the car from?
In such a case, please inform and obtain consent in writing from Myles our subscription partner Myles at 88-8222-2222 /help@mylescars.com, to get the vehicle repaired at an Toyota authorized workshop only. You can cover the cost initially, ensuring that the bill is issued in the name of "Myles Auto Technology". Details of invoice and repairs will be verified later, based on which Myles will reimburse the cost incurred within 10 days of receipt of tax invoice.
Will the subscription partner Myles provide roadside assistance as well?
As a subscriber, you are provided with 2 roadside assistances in a year. Any more than that becomes chargeable on actuals.
Are towing and roadside assistance charges included in case of accidents ?
Car towing will be arranged by Toyota Subscribe. For warranty repairs it will be free, and for accidental repairs it will be covered as per the insurance policy.
What services are not covered for free by roadside assistance?
As the subscriber, the following cases will be charged to you:
- Retrieval of key locked inside the car.
- Tyre puncture.
- Fuel arrangement and filling.
- Jobs related to externally fitted CNG/LPG kits.
- Battery jump start required ( If battery becomes drained due to the subscriber's negligence).
What should I do in the case of accidents involving third party damage, or bodily injury to a third person, or causing the death of a third person?
Notify our subscription partner Myles within 24 hours of the accident at 88-8222-2222 /help@mylescars.com with all the details, and lodge a complaint/First Information Report with the nearest police station. In case of an accident involving damage to the car, or third party property damage, or bodily injury to a third person, you will have to provide our subscription partner with these necessary details below and shall, if required, appear before the Court or any other authority.
- Date, time, and place of accident
- The license plate numbers of any other vehicles involved, their make and year, their identification number (serial number), and the insurance certificate's number (with name, address and phone number of the insurance agent).
- The names, addresses, and driver's license numbers of the persons involved in the incident.
- The name, address, and driver's license number of the owner of the vehicle (if he or she is not the driver).
- The name, addresses, and phone numbers of witnesses, passengers, and any other involved persons.
- Circumstances of the accident, describing immediate surrounding environment and the position of the car prior to the accident.
- A police report is required regardless of liability or fault. You shall specify in your detailed written complaint to the police the actual facts only. You shall ensure that such complaint shall not contain any discrepancy, inconsistencies or distortions from actual facts as the same would be detrimental to a valid insurance or other claim by Myles. Any loss occasioned to Myles due to an inconsistent or distorted complaint by you shall be borne by you.
What happens in case the car gets stolen?
You shall immediately notify Toyota Subscribe/ Myles contact center via email on the ID shared in the subscription agreement, about the theft of the car with details, and lodge a complaint/First Information Report with the nearest police station. Your liability in case of theft would be the difference between the Book Value and the insurance settlement amount, or the entire Book Value due to negligence.
What condition do I need to return the car in?
Normal wear and tear is acceptable. Any damage due to misuse and negligent driving will be chargeable.
Are there any restrictions to where I can travel?
You can drive within Indian geographical limits.
Can I use the car for rideshare services?
No, the vehicle cannot be used for any commercial purposes.
Can I carry my pet in the car?
No, you are not allowed to ferry pets or any type of animals in the car.
Are there any restrictions on the number of passengers?
We suggest you comply with the manufacturer prescribed seating capacity of the car.
Can I make modifications or alterations to the car?
No, you cannot make any modifications or alterations to the car provided to you. However, you can fix detachable accessories which can be easily removed, as long as the warranty of the car doesn’t get affected.
What are the benefits under Kinto One scheme?

What do I need to pay for leasing through Kinto One?

What type of insurance will the car be covered under?
The car will be covered under a Comprehensive Zero Depreciation insurance (with Return to Invoice cover up to 3 years from the date of first insurance policy) obtained from an insurance company of Lessor’s choice. The insurance policy shall be in your name and Toyota Financial Service shall be named as loss payee therein.
What does Fleet Management include?
Fleet Management includes:
- All periodic maintenance schedule as per manufacturer guidelines.
- All general repairs covering normal wear and tears during normal usage of the vehicle and as per guideline of the manufacturer. This also includes replacement of tires and battery during the contract tenure.
- Insurance claim assistance includes Accident & Theft Management support
- Roadside assistance
- Pick up and drop of the car for regular service and maintenance (if opted for)
- Back-up Car (if opted for)

What are the mileage and tenure options?
Mileage per yr: 15000 / 20000 / 25000 / 30000 kms
Tenure: 2 yrs / 3 yrs / 4 yrs / 5yrs
Can I change the options in tenure or mileage during the lease period?
No.
Do I have the option to change the car during the lease period?
Yes, however, you will have to do an early termination of the current lease contract along with applicable charges. Thereafter can opt for a new car.
Is there a minimum lock-in period / duration?
Yes, 6 months lock-in period is applicable once the lease contract is activated
Who will take care of my insurance renewals year-on-year?
We will take care of insurance renewals & you can drive the car with complete peace of mind.
Are there any restrictions on where I can travel?
No. You can drive it anywhere within the geographic limits of the country. But you need to inform us if you are moving out of the contractual limits for upkeep of the vehicle.
Is there a capping on the kilometre usage? What are the excess kilometre charge calculated?
Yes, the capping is decided by you, between 15000 – 30000 kms per year at the beginning the tenure. Beyond the limit the excess km charges shall be applicable as per our policy.
Will a replacement car be given during service or accident repair?
If backup car has been opted for and the vehicle is in the workshop for more than a day, backup
car
will be provided as per the applicable norms.
What if the car is stolen during the lease period?
You must file an FIR immediately and inform us via email & provide all cooperation for Insurance
claim process. If the vehicle is not recovered within 10 days, the Lease Contract will be
terminated
along with applicable charges. The amount received from insurance settlement will be set off
against
the applicable charges.
In order, to keep minimize the risk Toyota is offering Return to Invoice (RTI) insurance.
In case the vehicle is impounded by authorities for any reason, who will be responsible to get the vehicle released?
If the vehicle is impounded by authorities for any reason, it will be your (Lessee) responsibility to get the vehicle released and bear the cost for the same, if any. We shall support if any documents are required to get the car released.
Do I have to personally go to the workshop for the servicing & maintenance of the vehicles?
- If pickup and drop services is opted: No, we will take care of this.
- If pickup and drop service is not opted: You must drop the vehicle at the authorized workshop and pick up the vehicle once the job is complete. You also need to inform KINTO of service requirement before dropping the car at the authorized workshop for repairs.
- All servicing must happen at authorized Toyota workshops only.

What happens in case the vehicle suffers a breakdown within the city or outside the city limits? What are the remedies?
KINTO provides 24 (twenty-four) hour emergency breakdown services even outside the contracted
boundary in case the vehicle is immobilized on the road as specified in the relevant vehicle lease
contract.
Car is towed to the nearest Toyota Authorized workshop for the necessary repairs.
